Delete your account

You can delete your Voltra account and its data at any time, from the app or by email. Deleting cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Voltra and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account, then confirm with Delete.

By email

Can't open the app? Email [email protected] from the address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my Voltra account". We delete accounts only on requests sent from the account's own address, so we know the request is yours.

What gets deleted

When you confirm, Voltra immediately:

  • signs you out on every device by revoking your sessions;
  • deletes your profile photo;
  • deletes your account and everything linked to it in our database: workouts, plans and templates, food and water logs, body weight and measurements, runs, progress photo entries, achievements, notifications, and your groups and social activity;
  • sends a confirmation to your email address, if your account has one.

If you want a copy of your data first, export it from the app before you delete your account.
